The poolside 27 Palms Grill welcomes guests who need a quick break from the action but want to keep it casual. Blended drinks of the day for adults and kids as well as signature cocktails are served from an 80-foot bar. Complimentary fresh juice is available for guests each morning.

The resort’s signature restaurant and lounge, Zest, offers both indoor and outdoor dining spaces. Zest offers a full menu of lemon-infused, lime-marinated, and orange-glazed fresh seafood, chicken and steak entrees, and palate-pleasing desserts.
